If a program provides for participation by private school children, teachers or other educational personnel, and families, and the program is not otherwise governed by applicable regulations, the grantee or subgrantee must provide, as applicable, services in accordance with the requirements under §§ 76.651 through 76.662. \[89 FR 70339, Aug. 29, 2024\]
